At PSD®, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Pack your items securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and hygienic liners are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status.
